All the enhancement cores have had their boss damage bonuses removed from their strings. They left the variable (bdR = log50(level) * 20) in the skills themselves, but changed the max level of all the enhancement cores to 40, so you'll never ever get it high enough for boss damage to be non-zero.
It looks like most, if not all, of the skill cores max at 20 now.
So far, from what I can see, there doesn't appear to be many scaling changes such that the skills would be the same as they were before if you were at max level (so overall, every skill is weaker), they also removed the extra target enhancement from some skills, and decreased some of the final damage bonuses on some skills. Also Rope Connect has a 3 second cooldown instead of 5 seconds.
Okay, as far as I can tell, in general, unless you're a Marksman, you got totally screwed this patch (compared to the last KMST patch), Marksman got a bit buffed.
