That's what I meant, though. 1 to 200 is the most important part of the game, arguably, for new players. So nerfing bonus exp coupons while lowering exp tnl just seems counter to the point. Most events include those coupons now in plentiful amounts, so I just don't see the point in nerfing them, assuming it's intentional. Why slow down leveling?

They wanted to slow down leveling 200-250. Especially with the new area out, in addition to Scrapyard, I guess they were afraid people would zoom to 250 too fast.
1-200 is just collateral damage.

"Cash Wardrobes will be shared between the same jobs" Hmm...

Which begs the question: what jobs are considered "same"?
