[Update] Issue With Masteria Through Time

Dear Maplers,

We are aware of an issue where players will disconnect when trying to access Act 1 of Masteria Through Time. This issue occurs after selecting the statue, picking “Act 1”, and progressing through the initial story scenes. We are currently looking into this, and hope to have a resolution soon.

Please contact Customer Support if you have already tried to access Act 1 of Masteria Through Time, and you are unable to login to your character.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, and we will try to provide an update on the status of this issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
