I have a feeling the availability of Core Gemstones and their Pieces in the non-test server will be very low, and RNG will make sure we can't really get what we want, but have to make do with what we find, much like potential without cubes.
And then we may or may not get a Cash way to hasten the process.

We'll have to wait and see, I suppose.
