Okay, that does clear up quite a bit - I like the system a lot! Though I believe having the ability to add 3 HUNDRED % final damage to skills is just way too much. That's an insane amount of power creep...

Mixed feelings about that, on one hand its definitely power creep, on the other hand; it DOES indeed allow us to take on the likes of Damien and Lotus without absurd amounts of funding (since thats what they mentioned fifth job would do), even hitting 15m to them pre-core would let you hit the old cap of 50m post-core (or at least very close to it)

Prevents older skills from being completely outclassed by any potential new ones as well.

On a side note, I wonder what will happen with Nebulites VS V-Core's in terms of decent skills.
