What happened with Twisted Aqua Road?

There's one map that's good for meso farming on Reboot there, other than that it's just completely useless content. I don't even know what the point of it was. It doesn't even look appealing because it's just reused and recolored content.

Despite it reused, they could add some interesting dinamics... at least good exp/spawn ratio....

And making it into an Star Force Area could be useful too.
