I thinked that for marksmans there could be a big xbow that can shoot a arrow with highter damage where you can charge like the old piercing arrow, since marksmans use the ice element(in 3 job) or should use more, so a arrow that can freeze bosses and monster for 20 sec, and this one you could even launch yourselft with it and get closer to some monster that is far 
.
I also thinked for marksmans, since we use xbows, we could ''store'' arrows and shoot more ''snipes'' in a short period of time, it could have a cool down and something like: if you don't attack or get hit you can charge this skill faster, we could even use arrows to make it more powerfull, making arrows usefull again, like gainning +10%damage besides the attack from the arrow, would be pretty cool search for the best arrows

As i mentioned earlyer, marksman were suposed to be the ice archers until big bang came and sayed ''pineapple elements, no more class shall have it'' then what the game had pretty explored just got ''canceled'' or just faded away; before big bang a lot of classes(in the total) had some attack with element that you actually used, so maybe they could bring it back for some classes, like corsair that had fire and ice, marksmans with some ice and bowmaster with some fire(not some skills with red animantion
), i remember how some monsters were stronger/weaker against certain attacks, so people of some class would tend to train there, like collies(zombies) with clerics or even priests, and how neutral monsters you would find any class (gooby ); also in zakum where some arms were strong against ice/fire/poison/lightning so the magicans really needed to look out for that if they wanted to maximize they damage in the run.
