I don't remember if JMS got it, but I know CMS tested it on their test servers.
CMS and GMS are basically the same, and whatever comes on CMST usually makes it over to GMS really quickly. (We usually get it on our live servers before they get it on their live servers and sometimes even before their test servers)
At one point, GMS even used the same network encryption method that CMS used (aptly named Shanda (CMS publisher) encryption method).
JMS, CMS, and GMS are pretty similar in terms of the speed that they push out their content. (JMS got the new Zakum last month IIRC)
I suspect we have the same devs as the ones that are working on CMS.

No surprise events after May 31st that are in the Quest text. Although not stated, World Tour event is likely around mid-May. Heroes of Maple patch is likely on June 1st.

KMS' version of Sengoku World Tour is not translated, and neither is the UI for the City Run thing. Either they're just going to use the GMS Ayame that's already in and the untranslated UI is an oopsies, or they're patching mid-May.
