the only assets used that Electronic Arts actually own? the Martin Sheen voiceovers, which were heavily edited for use in the video, undeniably transformative enough to fall under fair use. The music was licensed to EA/Bioware for use in the game; they do not own the rights to it.

I hope Trump pays for legal fees so Mark F (Immigrants 4 Trump) can fight back against EA.
