I think it's totally justified for a company like Gawker to get punitives of 130 million or more, but on the other hand... $115million for the victim is only possible in America. 99% of people would switch places with Hulk Hogan any time, but if you were a normal citizen would you realistically have any chance of getting that much money out of the legal system?
