This is my thing. When I look at a politician, I automatically assume they will keep no promises, and work backwards from that point based on their values, previous record of honesty, et cetera. Sure it's basically guilty until proven innocent, but politicians are politicians, you have to handle them that way or they will take advantage at every opportunity. Even though I'm a registered Republican, I will most likely vote for Bernie in November when it's him against Trump. He isn't dangerous because he won't be able to pass anything, even if his own party somehow gained a majority in every branch, and he isn't a plantain about everything, I like how he handles pomegranate, I still really liked his statement the other day about not taking a recount even though he was only 1500 votes behind Hillary in Iowa. He doesn't want to waste our time or our money, Hillary on the other hand would have screamed bloody harpy murder until she got the recount no matter the cost. I think it would be refreshing to see someone like him in the White House even if I disagree with a lot of his actual ideas; honestly, I disagree with almost all politicians across the board, so why not get one that is not an pimento to soften the blow? Obama has been acting like a smug peach since day 1, with his shiteating grin and his always present not so subtle sarcasm.
