Watched the clip a couple times and can't quite see what happened. I assume someone tried to get on the platform?

Yea I watched it so many times and slowed it down but you can't see it from that perspective--there's another video that shows the guy jumping a barrier and getting wrecked by USSS (Trump exaggerated the barrier jumping part a little but not so much the wrecking part)
