We're turning into a country of idiots who care more about what the Kardashians did on television than what our own damn futures have in store.

I mean isn't the irony in this that american politics are basically just another form of abstract reality TV? I mean you have candidates talking about comitting war crimes on national TV, you have candidates that say one thing one day and then another the next and you have candidates literally talking about their plantain size.
