I can only imagine how awesome a revamped NeoTokyo can be. Take this area for example, its depth wasnt better than Henesys yet it turned out great. I still remember all the talk back in the day Neo Tokyo came out about how it even tied up to Magatia, some book of Darkness and the Black Mage, back when the Black Mage was no better villain than that guy from The Smurfs.
