I've reviewed this situation and I've determined that we can refund your purchase and return the NCoin that you spent on it. I have removed the following items that you received from the Hongmoon Store from your account:

Dragon Trade Pouch

I have also granted your account a credit for 3,600 NCoin. This may take up to 24 hours to update. Please be aware that these NCoin must be used within the next year, or they will expire. Our system will automatically use these NCoin before any normal NCoin you've added to your account, so as long as you spend this amount within a year, you will make full use of them. Good morning,
I bought about 4 packs of the dragon pouches, unfortunately I wasn't aware the last 3 slots oft he storage were not unlockable and nothing in the game alludes to that. I'm wondering if those pouches can be refunded for the Ncoin credit since I literally can't do anything with them. Or at least have the capability to put them on another account.
