What exactly are you trying to make this an eye opener to? Cool idea, but I don't get what you're trying to show with your last statement.
I'm fairly certain that the skill is 140%~160% (each "boost" it gets from job advancement is overriden by the following one). I hit significantly less on Dragon Slash than on Wingbeat (20~30m on physical resist with the former, cap with the latter) If it was 190%~210% I probably wouldn't have gone through the trouble of making these since others have done videos on wingbeat-only kills before.
Maybe it would be more accurate to say that it's a skill that has no utility relative to most, if not all of Kaiser's other attacks. It has an extremely short range, cannot be held down, and inhibits the ability to jump during the middle of an attack chain. I'd hoped it would be interesting to see all the bosses killed by digging up a class feature that's forgotten after 1st Job, while still clearing them in times comparable to other classes.
About "eye-opening": is there a better way to phrase it? (If I post it elsewhere in the future it would be preferred if I'm not coming off as hyping it up or mislabelling it)
EDIT:
Plugged in a few models of how the boosts for Dragon Slash are applied onto a damage sheet; looks like the closest model is that the skill itself remains at 50/60/70% but the job advancements give it an active total damage bonus that stack with each other at every job advancement. (+200% total damage at 4th job)
