Holy arrow ain't that bad of a mobbing skill now. Doesn't hit half the map, but it's functional for 2nd job training, especially compared to its single target pre-BB version.
Supposedly the explanation Nexon gave for the cooldown was to encourage playstyle diversity by not letting clerics spam heal and dispel... Nerfing the support skills of the support class. Wonderful logic. It's not like those skills are in any sort of demand by parties, and if Nexon wanted to encourage playstyle diversity, they could start by doing something about holy fountain and make other support skills more useful, because magic shell and Res don't do anything against %HP attacks and death counters.
Dispel is still somewhat OP at bosses like Bloody Queen but especially at chaos pink bean, it's a necessity for a smooth run at C.PB so I can understand the "nerf" behind dispel.
I wish Magic shell would get 'nerfed' but work against % HP attacks though, that would be great.
Holy fountain should get removed as it's utterly useless, then move Res to 3rd job to replace it, and get a new skill or something for fourth job imo.
