I think I figured out the answer for Mercedes, at least.

Rising Rush - Moonsault - Leap Tornado - Spikes Royale - Leap Tornado - Gust Drive
Odds are the time spent walking to a new pile of things to kill makes up the rest of the cooldown. If not, toss in Unicorn Spike for good measure.
