They know the game is dying, they know letting cheaters get off scott-free is killing the game, but they are trying to drag the game out as long as possible to make the most money. And I think they're capable of dragging it out for several more years.

I feel like if they took Reboot literally for themselves as well as the game, they might be able to fix things to make the game enjoyable again. If the game is enjoyable again, people would naturally spend money on it. It's unlikely that that would happen, but one could always hope.
