That's still not really a proper punishment, though. Ban, remove, unban...how is that any different than just removing them? Overall, players who abused once again are going unpunished. Everyone who abused this should be banned, forever. What's to stop them from trying again, next time? Next time they might get away with it, too. That's the problem. There's no reason to not exploit, besides compromising your own code of honor.
