Finally posting again on SP D:

-Egg UI working? No
-Used prepatcher? No
-Size on the "UI.wz" file into your maplestory folder? 13,1 MB (13.740.701 bytes)
-How did you patch? From 0.63 to 0.64 I just opened the client after the patch was done and it patched normally. Same thing for 0.64-65

I'm in Brazil.New accounts are banned from gMS too,like Europe ._.
