Could you make a Burning Character in Reboot? Because I made a Xenon and I wasn't given the option to.



Well, the highlights specifically mention the Reboot World, and I think usually those only contain things that go live right when the update hits.

You could, but only in the first few hours iirc. I know I was too late to make one, but I started days after it opened.

I'd like to see them split it into just 2 parts instead of 5 - where we get all the balance changes and RBW in part 1, and Kenesis in part 2... but who knows. It's totally possible though, 'cause they put things from part 3 in their clip as well.
