Can NexAm fix these kind of issues themselves without having to send it over to Korea and wait for their solution? Because if they can't, then maybe we should give them a little credit idk.

Anyway, even if there are a ton of lvl 250 people already I don't think handing lvl 250 to anyone lvl 248 and above SO EASILY is fair, so I don't care about the fix..
