[Complete] Scheduled Game Update - October 28, 2015

Guess we have no ideas what this is.

Since we usually get update highlights a week before a patch, I'll have to assume this is only the "World Leap" (server transfer) event, plus whatever bug fixes they feel like doing.
No idea why it's going to take so long. They're processing the Cash Shop name changes, but they did Name Changes last week too, and that maintenance was short.
