Dudewitbow Wrote:when it comes to monitors it really depends on what you are using it for the things to note are

Price range: ultimate decider of options of course
aesthetics: a preference choice
purpose: IMO needs to be answered. for example, someone who enjoys watching movies and listening to music doesnt need a freesync/gsync enabled 144hz monitor(designed for gaming). so it comes a battle of how much do you prioritize gaming and color quality, which is gained by picking monitors with better color accuracy and viewing angle(OLED, IPS, PLS panels, things you typically find on mac products and basically all tablets and phones(which is why they seem so different than computer TN panels))

Ideally I'd like to spend no more than $350 per monitor but if I purchase only one now then I can spend more.

I'd be using it for browsing the web, Netflix/watching anime, and non-FPS games so it doesn't have to have a super low response time.
99% Adobe RGB would be nice to have, just to have it, but it's not critical.

I was talking with a friend and his suggestion was the CROSSOVER 2795, http://www.ebay.com/itm/141740633783, with a matte display instead of the glossy one and from a seller based in the states instead of Asia.
