Just exactly what about their behavior there, though, I obviously don't know.

I find it interesting that there is no "naming and shaming" going on. Not when Marksman Bryan was kicked, and not now. Artasi isn't saying whether they found the leak, whether they suspect anyone, whether anyone got banned or sued, or anything at all.

"naming and shaming" would sort of void their NDA. if they accused anyone, the accused could reveal confidential info in an attempt to disprove the allegations. so it is the wise thing to do when you are using NDA.

also its best to say nothing, not to air dirty laundry and reveal MLC to be more of a mess than it already has been seen

but getting a bunch of suckups to provide feedback seems rather silly and pointless imo
