I think they were under the impression that it gives Hayato godmode. And also that it was just introduced in this revamp.
Yeah, they have no clue about the game they manage.
And to think, I'd hoped that when they say "critical skill issue" they mean party buffs only working intermittently, Mihile's non-functioning link skill, or possibly Kanna's "Master level: 0" 9-tailed Fox ultimate...
