Restrictions (applies to all name changes):

• Names using vile, profane, rude, or racist words including common swear words, anatomical references, racial slurs, and homonyms of these words are prohibited.
  
• Names that are pronounced offensively are prohibited (ex: Hugeaz, Tug Mogroin)
  
• Proper names of Nexon, including in-game NPCs are prohibited.
  
• Names that are chosen with the intent to harm, or possess the effect of harming, the reputation of a Customer or representative of Nexon America are prohibited.
  

So now I am wondering: Did they make the censor stricter, or are these rules like the ToU, manually enforced if a GM happens to take a dislike to your IGN.
