MLC inventory expansion & more survey

we actually have that already except for some medals that aren't reacquirable

The problem isn't that they aren't reacquirable, but that the collection doesn't recognize them because they don't exist in KMS.
Unfortunately, there are all too many of them. I currently have 14 of them clogging up my inventory. And I'm far from a completionist.
