How did he boost his damage from 20m pt to 30m pt during this short period?

Before 2:10 his damage is around 20m per hit throughout. At 2:10 he went down and kill a monster then his damage increased continuously until 30m per hit.
Does anyone know what happen during that process? What did he do?
