Managed to cut my 2.4km run timing by 1 minute (from 13.44 to 12.10) ! Pretty proud considering I did it with a fever (which totally fucked me up right after). I think a few more speed trainings and i might get to my goal of 11 minutes. Still struggling with doing standard push ups in proper form though, otherwise I think I've improved quite a bit in a month's worth of training.
