I know you're frustrated but edit out those posts for now, I suggest everyone does the same if Brian wants good results. I'm pushing my contacts now with urgency to get this resolved since it's now an account related issue. I had faith they would have responded to you brian which is why id dint put urgency on it, but now it's on the table (check your skype)
