Also, to get 851 Diligence (I think that's what one needs for level 10) you'd need 171 Hand Sanitizers. Going by my experience so far, that would take 3500-4000 cases.
I think it's the best way to get Diligence without professions. Plus, one of the achievements gives a pet, so it should make that a little easier.
