Evo chaser seems to be single target or low splash too by the feel of it[/COLOR]

It splashes, but instead of exploding when it hits the center like regular chasers, it explodes once it hits something, so the splash is sorta meaningless. Dom and I both tested the splash damage with tp, it's like 1-2k damage max while your main target is taking 100k+
