This is the key point I think people making this comparison are missing. You can't directly compare the two because there are factors outside of the game's control that affect things in the game. Does KMS dupe as much as GMS does, for example?

I think that partially ties in with what KhainiWest was sort of implying. Because of the fact that accounts are tied to SSN in korea, people are WAY less prone to start hacking/botting as accounts arent easily as disposable compared to the global server(or pretty much any mmo with a western server.)
