Pacific: 7 AM - 10 AM
Eastern: 10 AM - 1 PM


What will be unavailable:

• All MapleStory game servers.
  

Changes and Updates:

• Compensation will be given to players who purchased Gachapon or Remote Gachapon tickets between July 8 6 AM Pacific (9 AM Eastern) and July 28 7 AM Pacific (10 AM Eastern) when the Gachapon was using an incorrect reward list. The issue was resolved in the July 28 maintenance.
  • Affected players will receive 20\% of their Gachapon and Remote Gachapon purchase cost back as Maple Reward Points.
    
  • In addition, affected players will also receive one Gachapon Ticket.
    
  • Login to MapleStory after the maintenance is complete, and a message will appear detailing the compensation.
    
  • This item is available for you to pick-up until September 30, 2015 11:59 PM Pacific (October 1, 2015 2:59 AM Eastern).
    
  • Reward Points must be stored by entering the Cash Shop within 7 days of receiving the compensation, or they will be deleted.
    
  • These Reward Points are considered Event Points and will expire on the last day of the claim month.
    
• Some players have obtained items through illicit methods. Items in question will be removed from their inventory and storage.
  
• The messaging for the Maple Reward Point compensation issued during the July 28 maintenance will be edited. Players need to store their Reward Points within 7 days of accepting the compensation, or they will be deleted.
