Cursebite glitched since patch?

I have been talking with other Kaisers in Broni and we all seem to be running into the same issues. Ever since the minipatch this past week it seems Cursebite is not giving the status resist effectively like it states. I have been getting sealed and turned to pig and other much more often than before, and so have others. Has any other kaisers been experiencing this or is it just a random occurrence?
