Chaos + white scroll is actually a good idea, because it won't boom your item, and won't cost as much as 10% + white scroll. It'll only be a couple of atk difference from two 10% + white scrolls assuming the Chaos's give positive effect. It'd be pretty funny though if all the chaos's added was def.
