Patch Available - GMS 1.63

Here's the new BGM for Blackgate City. Kind of disappointing how non-KMS content nowadays get shorter and less polished tracks.

I think it all really depends on the teams that manage the version of MapleStory (both the team in NxA and NxK).
They could probably ask for better, well designed BGMs (or content) that fit within their specifications but I guess both the teams just roll with whatever they get maybe because they don't want to elongate the development time or because of budget constraints or just a general lack of caring.
