I had another cow rift earlier this week. The second one I've ever gotten.
They're re-adding Not A Cow Level though. You can craft the portal using a Bovine Bardiche and materials in Kanai's Cube, just like you can get Greed Realm with Puzzle Ring, so save up on those if you want to give it a try. Gonna be stockpiling any Puzzle Rings for this.
