It was a mistake, and you aren't Korean, so yes, in their eyes, you're as good as illegal. So are all of the NA and EU players that are able to play with verified accounts. They're just harder to catch (Or not really, they just don't do anything about it).
I don't see the point in playing MS2 for an extended period of time without actually knowing Korean anyway, kinda just spoils the experience for when we get it.
