Hoping to get a nice set-up that avoids Serpent Sparker. No time to stop and wait for that Hydra to pick up the slack!
Maybe something like this:

Furnace + Devastator + Firebird's sauce
Ranslor's Folly + Strongarm Bracers
Focus and Restraint + Ring of Royal Grandeur
Not really seeing any weapons that can beat Furnace, if I'm not going for Hydra. Maybe Valthek's Rebuke is actually good with Ranslor's? (Doubt it)
Use the extra slot from RoRG to top up with a Cindercoat, and Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan, or maybe Pride's Fall to be able to spam more?
Otherwise get an immunity amulet to avoid some of the bullshit oneshots, or Unity for solo toughness instead of RoRG
