I disagree with your opinion. With mods, you can cater a game to your tastes. A video game company cannot make a game that will satisfy everybody. However, with mods, you can choose the mods that you want to enhance your experience.

I understand but this is just a personal taste of mine. It's like eating a steak and you have the option of Bearnaise sauce. It should remain an option, instead of a requirement. I mod my Bethesda games, but I don't want to rely on something in where I need to mod it to enjoy it, I need to enjoy it straight up too.
