KMST 1.2.11 - Skill Changes Part II

From what I'm seeing some of these changes look good, most look bad, but I feel like some people could have some general fun out of it?

[Exp Warrior]
Warrior changes are meh imo, kinda lack luster. I agree with Shiku's stance on spear's getting 2wep speed however, it's a little bit too much.
They really need to take a stance on pally and actually do something about it or the class is never going to get ground.

[Exp Mage]
The F/P nerf looks really bad and a slight bit unecessary.
I/L needs some more work, the chain lightning delay increase is unecessary.
I haven't played Bishop enough to take a stance on that.

Skipping Exp Archer's because I don't have enough knowledge/gameplay mechanics down to get a stance on this, other than arrow platter nerf was a bit unecessary.

Royal Gaurd seems like something pally should have gotten as many have stated. Other than that it seems like a nice buff to a never changed class.

Mobbing skill buff is nice, since no one uses it anyways

The Changes to slayer were sorta necessary, although cd on demon cry maybe not? idk about Avenger

Nothing was really necessary except WH. Not too happy about this one

@Hanabira.Kage They changed Phantom's Drain this patch from what I'm seeing on Max's blog

Which is why I said they forgot to change it last patch. They wanted to make the drain skills heal a % of your MaxHP instead of being based off of your damage - that's not a change you'd give only to select classes.
