KMST 1.2.11 - Skill Changes Part II

My thoughts on the changes (I'll be referring to Max's blog for info, so it's going to be incomplete for a while):

Paladin
- The cooldown they gave Blast had an adverse effect. No pomegranate. Why did they think giving Paladin's only 1v1 attack a 10s cooldown wouldn't cause problems? Oh right, it's Nexon.

DrK
- Though I use spears on my DrK, I personally think a two-rank Attack Speed boost for Spears only is a little much. Just one rank would probably have been enough.
- Seriously? They forgot to change Dark Thirst's drain effect during the last patch?

F/P
- F/Ps are officially dead now. Main bossing move nerfed to hell, next best bossing move got nerfed as well...

I/L
- Ouch. Chain Lightning took quite the hit. Looks like they're trying to make Lightning Sphere more useful.
- Can't they do something about that stupid cloud? There's no point summoning it if it disappears instead of warping to you when you move too far.

Bishop
- Heal's debuff had a duration? I had no idea. Its duration was so damn short I'd always thought it only lasted till the next attack. And now they're nerfing it even more.

Bowmaster
- Oh look. They forgot to change Drain Arrow in the previous patch too.
- Remind me. Arrow Blaster is now in 3rd Job isn't it? And it has a cooldown now too?

Shadower
- Meso Explosion is so terrible few people use it...and they gave a cooldown? Seriously?
- Finally. Longer reach for BStep and the ability to jump while using Assassinate. Been a long time coming.

Mikhail
- Why is Mikhail getting all this stuff that Paladins should be getting? There's no point in having a tank class that can't help its allies.
- Also, Royal Guard looks incredibly OP. Unless Mikhail is stunned, sealed or seduced, he's going to be invincible.

WHAT, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME

Weapon Mastery: in addition to existing effects, Weapon Mastery now gives 2 attack speed boost if you are equipping a Spear

what's the points of polearms now, i'm not even going to go on the same rant i always do, nexon doesn't know pomegranate about balance and just kneejerks confirmed V999.9
