Looks like I'm starting over with all of my Alpha characters since I never got them back even after sending numerous tickets per their request.
Just means I'm forced to get up really early so I can try and snag my names again...

At least you can console in the knowledge that you're not the only one who got fucked by that. My friend sent in like four tickets, and kept getting told to wait and to be patient. Then they wiped. He lost four characters, at least two of them Awakened during the Alpha. He's considering quitting, and I don't really blame him. It's total bullshit. He did exactly what they asked him to every time they brought up the issue and they essentially ignored him.
