Patch Available - KMST 1.2.10

Incoming Paladin nerf. Blast was given a cooldown.

Blast Buff was given a cooldown not Blast itself. I guess they did this to offset the fact Blast Buff no longer consumes elemental charges but the cooldown better be very short like 5 sec.

Edit: actually its 10 sec cooldown. so its not really a nerf since its about the same time it takes now to charge, buff and recharge. Plus Blast buff lasts longer too, its duration was always way to short.
