The reason why is because KMS got the 11th anniversary (our 10th anniverary) when they released the Blaze Wizard revamp, and we got the data at that time.
Unfortunately, Locked didn't post the character.wz due to an error, so we can't see the equips added.
It was eventually fixed

Unfortunately I don't do NPC/Item changes since it's usually insignificant. So I don't think you'd find a diff for the names changing.
