DFO General Chatter/Community Discussion

Well, looks like I gotta submit a ticket. Never found out how to do that, though, and I don't see how from the site. Can someone point me in the right direction? ;-;

This probably isn't the answer but have you checked if you were in the right server? My chars are on West, but I went to East to create a Fighter. Couldn't find a IGN I wanted so I closed the game without making anything. Next time I started the game, I was greeted with a blank screen like that. Started panicking before I realized I was in East.
