Nope, I've been using the same e-mail since Alpha... nothing's changed except I made like one new character on that account, with every other one being Alphas.

Sounds like you got the dumb bug where all your characters, more notably Alpha characters, randomly disappear for no reason whatsoever. As far as I know the only way to get them back is submit a ticket and explain the problem, or get lucky with the characters randomly coming back.
This particular bug happened a ton during the beginning of OBT1.
